Performance

  • Excellent adhesion, even at high temperatures
  • Clear and transparent foil with a flat surface

Processing

  • Pre-treatment: No pre-treatment required
  • Application: Roller coater or Gravure roller
  • Curing: Hg UV-lamp
  • Top Coats: UV-inks, acrylate UV coating, excimer coating and EB coatings

PP/PE primer

Performance

  • Excellent adhesion, even at low radius bending
  • Increased output due to longer uninterrupted operation
  • Instant adhesion allows immediate QC

Processing

  • Pre-treatment: Corona discharge or flame treatment
  • Application: Roller coater or Gravure roller
  • Curing: Hg UV-lamp
  • Compatible coatings: UV-inks, acrylate UV coating, excimer coating and EB coatings
